So, I jumped on thumbtack and he immediately popped up. I spoke with him and told him my issue and we agreed on a time. He arrived and the house was already at 89 degrees!! He reassured me he could fix it and maybe 15 minutes later, I felt cold air. He was thorough in his explanation and reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
