My wedding would not have been nearly as perfect as it was if I hadn't found Maggie!! She is absolutely magical and I am incredibly grateful that she put the effort and time that she did into making sure that I had such a gorgeous wedding day. She is so amazing at what she does, listens to everything you want or need, is very professional, and the finished product certainly shows that she genuinely cares . If you have any event decorating needs, there is no better place to go than right here.

Maggie did an absolutely amazing job on the 50+ arrangements needed for a corporate dinner in Charlotte. She was so professional, she came and went quickly with such quick setup for the dinner. The arrangements, vases and overall look was beyond what I had imagined. I highly suggest this company!

I was so lucky to have stumbled across Maggie from The Enchanted Florist. Her arrangements were beautiful and she brought all my ideas and desires to life. Although we hadn't discussed a few details in the quote, she made sure to accommodate all of my needs and even let me vent to her the day before my wedding we discovered we had accidentally thrown away our marriage license, but luckily had missed trash day that week! She consoled my bridezilla mind and truly made me feel like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day. Her flowers and arrangements were the talk of the wedding, and my bridal bouquet was GORGEOUS and even better than what I had imagined. She is very compassionate, easy going, and extremely talented. Maggie put a destination wedding together on an unreasonably tight budget, she was very sweet and also put together ANOTHER bouquet when I left mine at the hotel. She is not only an incredible wedding planner, she is an incredible person.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Upon talking/emailing with a client I require a nonrefundable $250 deposit to book the clients event date. We begin to plan and design together and come up with a design concept and service total amount at which half of the nonrefundable service total minus the deposit is due with a signed contract and the remainder due 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event. If the event is cancelled 6 weeks to the date before the event, the final payment would not be due.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I love to meet with my client and gather all elements and inspiration photos to create a gorgeous event!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I would recommend that the client look at the design style of the florist before deciding to go with them. Although it's possible for designers have a wide range of styles, we excell at the styles that we are most fond of. Allow us to take your vision and create!
