Mark is an absolute professional. He designed and installed a one-of-a-kind ventilation system for my cigar lounge, skillfully navigating a unique mixed residential and commercial installation. He was creative and knew exactly what specialized equipment setup the space required. The work was not just done in a timely manner but he was also responsive, reliable, and great to work with. Most importantly my customers are incredibly impressed with the air quality in our business. He has definitely added 5 star quality. If you need specialized HVAC work done right, Mark is your guy. Thank you!

I highly recommend A1 Heating and Cooling! Mark was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through what was needed for both units using visuals, which really helped me understand the issues and recommended repairs. What stood out the most was his dedication and customer service. He even traveled from South Carolina to North Carolina to help with my home. That level of commitment is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism he provided. If you need someone reliable and thorough, definitely give him a call!

FAQs
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the HVACR industry by attending Aiken Technical College while working during the day and taking night classes. Over the years, I worked my way from installer to lead installer, service technician, service manager, and commercial service manager. That hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and refrigeration systems gave me the knowledge and confidence to build MCKELLAR SERVICES and provide customers with reliable, professional solutions.
