It was very easy to schedule an appointment with one of your technicians. Everything went so smooth and easy. Everything was done so professionally and in a timely manner.. I received a call back instantly!! My technician Troy Meyers showed up on time and he had all of his tools ready to go to work. He was very professional and took his time in assembling my exercise machine. He seemed very knowledgeable about the work he was doing and although, there was a part missing from my machine he volunteered to come back and put the part on once I called the company and let them know about the problem. I call the company and they will be sending me the part real soon. I will contact Troy and let him know and he said he would come over and finish the job. He did an outstanding job, and it was not either of our fault that a part was missing and he saw I was a little upset about that, but he made my day when he said he would return as soon as I receive the part and will complete the job for me. He even gave me a receipt at the end of the installation and that made me happy. I give him 5 stars!!! He really did an outstanding job.
