- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them to fully understand their needs. I clearly outline what steps I will take to remedy their problem. I always keep the customer notified of the status of their issue and before any parts are purchased.

I have over 5 years hands on experience maintaining IT systems in mission critical environments.
