Did great work! They missed some things and I let them know and they came back that same day to fix it! Such a lovely group of people. I am looking forward to having them clean my home!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square footage and service type. Standard cleans are $0.13/sq ft, and deep cleans or move-out cleans are $0.23/sq ft. Customers who sign up for recurring service get a discounted rate of $0.11/sq ft. For post-construction cleans, our rate is $0.25/sq ft, and move-in cleans are $0.18/sq ft. We're happy to provide a free estimate based on your home's size and condition — no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start with a quick conversation (or free estimate) to understand your space, the type of cleaning you need, and any specific priorities or problem areas. From there, we provide a clear, upfront quote based on square footage — no surprises. Once booked, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and walks through your priorities before getting started. After the clean, we do a quality check and welcome any feedback — if something's not right, we'll make it right. For customers who love the results, we make it easy to set up recurring service at a discounted rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While we don't hold a specific cleaning certification, our team has [5-10 years] of hands-on experience cleaning homes and businesses of all sizes. We've developed our own detailed process and checklists to make sure nothing gets missed, and every team member is trained on our standards before working independently. We also stay current on best practices for [things like eco-friendly products, deep sanitization, etc.] to make sure we're doing right by your home and your health.
