Our pricing is based on square footage and service type. Standard cleans are $0.13/sq ft, and deep cleans or move-out cleans are $0.23/sq ft. Customers who sign up for recurring service get a discounted rate of $0.11/sq ft. For post-construction cleans, our rate is $0.25/sq ft, and move-in cleans are $0.18/sq ft. We're happy to provide a free estimate based on your home's size and condition — no hidden fees.

When a new customer reaches out, we start with a quick conversation (or free estimate) to understand your space, the type of cleaning you need, and any specific priorities or problem areas. From there, we provide a clear, upfront quote based on square footage — no surprises. Once booked, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and walks through your priorities before getting started. After the clean, we do a quality check and welcome any feedback — if something's not right, we'll make it right. For customers who love the results, we make it easy to set up recurring service at a discounted rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While we don't hold a specific cleaning certification, our team has [5-10 years] of hands-on experience cleaning homes and businesses of all sizes.
