mounted TV to wall and mounted large heavy mirror to wall. Every thing was perfect. He was on time, well dressed, smelled nice, professional. And went the extra mile to come with me to the store to buy the correct TV mount.

BQ installed our TV over the fireplace and hid the cords. He went ABOVE 👏 and beyond to address several things that went of course during our installation. Initially he mounted a 60 inch, with tilt mount, as I requested. I didn't like the tilted look, so he removed it and installed it a second time, flat. Upon turning on the TV, we discovered that the TV screen was damaged during transport from upstairs to downstairs. The TV worked prior to us moving it., and is this point he has twice mounted a TV, that was now showing squiggly lines. Mr. Quick had another job to do BUT HE HANDED it to another contractor and waited patiently at our house while we went to purchase a new TV?!!!! This is SUPERIOR service. He could have easily said, sorry I'll have to come back Wednesday or another day, but after he heard my panicked voicemail about the broken TV, he turned around (he was on the way to another job) and returned to our home. This process took about a 1-2 hours more than he had planned. He was quite patient and determined to make TV mount a success. Lastly, he took the time to explain everything that he was doing to my husband and suggested ways he could improve our surround sound experience (by going WIRELESS). The TV install looks great and I certainly recommend him. In life the unexpected happens and I'm very impressed with how quickly he adapted to several errors on OUR part that made his job a little harder. 3 times he mounted our TV and didn't charge another fee. Highly recommend.
