FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have found during this business adventure that it is really hard to quote each job and have a set rate. Every client is different and so are there needs. Therefore I have changed my prices to hourly in hopes that it will be fair for everyone. First time cleanings will be quoted for a higher price and may take an hour or two longer. I like to make sure I get everything clean and spotless. For most it's like a mini deep clean. After the first time cleaning I will know the set price for each time after that. With this new pricing it allows me a better quote, better idea of timing for each job and fairness to all. Work quality will still be the same. I am still going to work hard to make sure you are completely happy with my service and that everything gets done in the time it should and to it's best ability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know exactly what the client needs and wants. Details are very important. After all information is received we set up a day and time or in some cases a meeting. After the first cleaning or cleaning we decide what type of housekeeping they need whether it be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. *Please allow at least 5 days for a scheduled cleaning. My schedule changes every day. I maybe able to schedule a new client sooner it just depends on the schedule of the week at hand. * Meetings can be set up the same week as notified if the schedule allows.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a house keeper for 12 years now. I have worked in hotels, golf courses, for residents, and new construction. I have recently been licensed and am now working on building my own cleaning company.
