I knew Kas was the guy for the job within 30 seconds of meeting him. I had been looking for someone to top off our attic insulation and wound up having Kas accept the job through an app called “Thumbtack.” We set up an appointment for an estimate through the app. He showed up on time as scheduled. Extremely impressed with his professional approach and what I thought was a very fair quote for the job. After agreeing on the contract he was in constant contact, updating information on when his team would be here. The job they did was topping off and bringing up the level of insulation in our attic. His crew completed the job quickly and exactly as discussed. I think the thing that impressed me most were the text discussions Kas and I shared, he’s a family man and is a leader. He speaks highly of his crew and cares very much about their safety. Crawlspace Bandits will, without a doubt, be my choice for future projects. Thank you Kas and crew for the great job!!

The business owner, Rafael Cosango, is incredibly knowledgeable about the design and installation of HVAC ductwork. Aside from being competent, he was an extremely hard working perfectionist, who was both quality oriented and highly customer focused. I found him to be refreshingly honest and trustworthy. He patiently explained the scope of work he was recommending and why it was different from what other contractors had told me. He backed up what he told me with consistent actions and he delivered for me. I won't hesitate to contact him for future needs and advice about HVAC.
