FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Budgets and reasonable costs are the number one concern from our customers. Giving a price over the phone or internet is difficult because some many factors go into creating an estimate for a custom job. Most pricing is done by sq ft of an area, then materials and labor can be determined. If it is a tree service it depends on the size of a tree and the danger involved in climbing the trees. We want to give our customer the most fair and reasonable price for the work that needs to be done. That's why we like to meet with the customer, discuss the project in detail and be able to explain what it is going to take to meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer onsite and discuss the details of the project they would like to accomplish. Getting to know them, their style, wants and needs is important to customize a project to their satisfaction. An estimate is then given to them that includes materials and labor for the project. From there we negotiate the cost of the project and how much time it will take to finish. We guarantee professional quality work done in a timely and efficient manner to satisfy our customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The two brothers, who run and own Arbor and Improvements Pro Service, were raised in a family of craftsman, carpenters, artists and handymen. Their first major project, when they were just teenagers was helping build their family home from the ground up learning the craft and trades of building quality homes. They have held multiple professional tradesmen jobs throughout theirs lives, such as landscaping, plumbing, and home building, that have given the experience and knowledge to provide quality work. College education and on the job professional training gave them the discipline to start their own small business focused on quality work and customers satisfaction.
