- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based per room. Additional charges will be added on for any items not mentioned in the quote (i.e. stains, hallways, and pet odor removal). All add ons will be addressed with the client PRIOR to performing the service. At Transform, we service Beaufort, Jasper, & Hampton County communities. An additional service charge of $75 will be applied for bookings outside of these areas. Please note, a credit card must be put on file to confirm your booking and a $75 cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Transform, we take pride in our customer experience. From the moment you inquire about our services, we remain in constant contact to make sure your booking, service, and follow up runs as smooth as possible. Our online booking tool makes scheduling your carpet clean as simple as 1,2,3 and takes less than 1 minute to complete. Please note that all online bookings require a credit card to be placed on file, but clients are not charged until after the service is complete. Once booked, you'll receive a follow up email/ text/ and or phone call to confirm your appointment as well as let you know when your technician is in route on the day of service. We are always available to you to answer any questions you may have regarding any part of your service.
