Watkins Came to repair our HVAC. From start to finish their service was top notch! My call was answered immediately and service was scheduled for the following dayfaster than expected. Attention to detail was superior: I was sent a test email. Service was performed as scheduled, problem was resolved, with courteous follow-up by phone. Watkins treats customers with respect. What a pleasant surprise for those of us who have dealt with other problematic providers.
