We also offer periodic discounts and promotions to provide great value. As a retired Marine, we’re proud to offer a 10% military discount to veterans and active-duty military personnel as a token of our gratitude. Our goal is always to maintain clarity and fairness throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with an initial consultation to understand your needs, vision, and expectations. From there, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once we get the green light, we begin the planning and preparation phase, ensuring clear communication throughout. We keep you updated at every step, and once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your satisfaction. Our goal is to make the entire process as smooth and transparent as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a diverse background to my work. As a retired Marine, I developed strong discipline and problem-solving skills. My experience running a trucking company provided me with valuable business management and logistics knowledge. Later, working with an electrical contractor and in carpentry allowed me to gain hands-on training and certification in those trades. This combination of military discipline, business acumen, and practical trade skills allows me to deliver comprehensive and high-quality services.
