Vogel Flooring rescued me when the floors in my flipped house turned out to be far less lovely than they first appeared.
They initially applied a couple of coats of sealant/polyurethane quickly, professionally, and at a great price. They did a GREAT job and the floors looked amazing...but when it rained, I realized that the flippers had not replaced some seriously odorous wood. After quite a bit of consultation, questions (on my part), and explanation, Vogel Flooring agreed to replace the floors in my bedrooms.
Before starting, they made sure that I knew what the floors would look like when complete (not exactly the same as the other wood) and they contacted me when they found a better quality wood on sale for the same price as the quote. They showed up right on time on the workday and MOVED ALL MY FURNITURE OUT of the space! They sent updates throughout the week, did an amazing job, and moved everything back so I returned to a great smelling, gorgeous new floor in each bedroom. (They even got my mail for me on request!)
I felt so comfortable having them take care of my new space, and their SUPER reasonable pricing meant that even the unexpected expense was a manageable investment in the home. Even better, I can feel confident unpacking everything since I know that these floors are here for the long run!

We had an incredible experience with Vogel Flooring! We made a last-minute decision to refinish our floors before moving into our new apartment, and they were incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions. Their pricing was fair, and they showed up on time every morning, ready to work within our tight schedule. Our project came with challenges since the building is 122 years old, with strict approval processes and an outdated electrical system. However, they handled each obstacle with expertise. They also identified floorboards that needed replacing and took care of them for us. Throughout the project, they kept us informed with texts, videos, and photos, updating us on the progress. We were blown away by the final result—our floors looked fantastic and transformed the entire space!
