What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for the last three home inspections proformed, then talk to the clients your self. Realitors often will use realitor friendly home inspectors and not the ones that look out for the good of the customer. Find out what if any construction or building codes background the inspector has. How many years experance do they have in each field. What formal construction and home inspection education do they have. 10 years as a roofer does not equal a well rounded construction background. The cost of the inspections are all about the same cost but the quility of the inspection is what counts.
