Mike showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the Yale keypad lock I had purchased for installation. He had it installed and set up within an hour. I had the app already on my phone, but he showed me how to work it. He also cautioned me about avoiding batteries that don’t work well with that lock. I love the fact that he had his 15-year-old son with him and was teaching him the trade. Father and son made a great team. He also told me he would be available if I had any questions.

Avallone Lock company was quick to respond to my call and arrived the same day within an hours to reset my residence keys and make copies for two exterior doors.The company also made adjustment to my metal and wood door frames so the lock would securely fit and latch. This was not in the scope of work quoted, but it was corrected by the company. I'm grateful for their time and patience and the quality of work completed. Thankyou! Lorraine
