Jim did an awesome job installing a TV and Sonos sound bar above our fireplace. He also reinstalled the removed TV in our room above the garage. Jim took time to set up the television and give us a tutorial on all the new features.

Mr. Osborn installed a new router for our internet and a Ring doorbell system. He was amazing in installing all of this equipment. He saved us money by replacing our router with our internet company and we will be canceling our security system monitoring. I would highly recommend his services (Wire Pro AV Jimmy Osborn). Jimmy at Wirepro AV did an amazing job networking our home for WiFi. We had spotty slow internet. He networked our entire office and added a “Euro” to our home to make the internet go faster. It is never spotty anymore and we now have fast streaming. He hung and mounted (4) TVs throughout the house and they look great. He installed our ring doorbell system as well.
And we also upgraded to some smart (Brilliant Smart Home) light switches and thermostats. Everything works great!! He was attentive to our needs. And very professional. His rates are very fair compared to other AV and Smart Home companies in the area. I would highly recommend WirePro AV.

From the first phone call about what we needed to the final day of installation, I felt like they had my best interests. I felt like they weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Jimmy Osborne, WirePro,AV, provided really good help to us with respect to installing an OLED TV and various related accessories, fire sticks, setups, etc. he was able to do it promptly, arrived exactly when he said he would, and came back promptly to finish things up. Hes very knowledgeable concerning anything to do with in-house wiring, sound, televisions, etc. and I definitely expect to be seeing him in the future

Take a phone call and answer all questions. Come out to look at job. Walk the customer through the process. Provide bids and options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we are finished with the job, we walk the customer through how to use and operate their equipment and devices. We provide an equipment tutorial at the end of installation. As well as answer questions.
