Spoke with Pop Electric 11 days ago about scheduling service for today to put in a new outlet. Price and time was agreed upon. 2 days ago I texted Pop Electric to confirm date and time of service, he responded with yes. When I asked for certificate of insurance he stopped responding and ghosted our appointment time today.
