- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer begins with understanding their specific cleaning needs and expectations. I provide a detailed quote along with a breakdown of the services to be performed, so the customer knows exactly what to expect. We then discuss their preferred cleaning schedule, whether they need weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time services, as well as any additional services or special requests. I make sure we go over pricing and expectations clearly before scheduling the first service. My goal is to provide straightforward communication from the beginning and create a cleaning plan that works well for each customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training have primarily come through hands-on experience in the professional cleaning industry. I began working with an established cleaning service, where I developed practical knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, attention to detail, time management, and maintaining professional standards. Over the years, I have continued to learn and improve my skills by staying informed about effective cleaning methods, products, safety practices, and the specific needs of residential and commercial clients. Running my own cleaning business has also given me valuable experience in customer service, scheduling, quality control, and managing every aspect of providing a professional cleaning service.
