Cleaned carpet, spending extra time on stains with good results. Restored light grout to almost-as-good-as-new condition and came back the next day to apply sealer. Very satisfied.

In 2010, I bought a new Franchise call Heaven's Best.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. A business has many expenses to run correctly. Lots of common sense must be considered so you have a good experience. Carpet cleaning ranges are between $39 to $50 per room for a good no hassle job. So 3 rooms for $134.00 makes sense. This would include a light deodorizer, pre-treating normal stains, basically a good cleaning. Now, the if someone quotes you they can clean a whole house, 6 rooms and stairs for $170.00, its not possible? To good to be true. Look for the major up sell, headaches and disappointments with that service company.
