Chef Will prepared an unforgettable dinner for my Mom’s 75th birthday. We had kids and adults with dietary considerations but his prepared meal met everyone’s needs. The kids were raving about the vegetables… yes the vegetables… but also the Mac & Cheese :) The adults couldn’t stop talking about the entire meal from appetizers of heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to the rainbow salad as well as the tenderloin and shrimp with green beans and sweet potatoes. He left the house clean with plenty of leftovers. Wonderful person, food, and conversation. We would be honored to have him cook for our family again.

FABULOUS!!
I cannot say enough positive things about Chef Will and his wife Chef Kristy.

 I was in charge of organizing a 60th birthday celebration in Palmetto Buff for 12 women. Chef was so accommodating with the menu, dietary needs, presentation, and so much more. He responded to each and every email and text! He and Kristy’s culinary gifts were beyond expectations! Our meal was prepared to perfection (Caprese, skewers of mozzarella, basil, tomato, and balsamic glaze , perfectly cooked sliced beef tenderloin, herb roasted potatoes, broccoli with sliced carrots, Caesar salad, bread with herb butter), as was the plated presentation of each course. He even beautifully presented our dessert that we brought making the evening even more special.  Chef took our pictures, poured our wine, waited on us with such professionalism and laughed with us! This was the highlight of our weekend! They cleaned up better than they received it! They even wrapped the left overs for us to enjoy the rest of our weekend. 
Five stars is an understatement ! Just FABULOUS! The cost was such a value and the night was priceless!

Chef Will is amazing... I’ve received six delicious, mouth-watering meals thus far, and I’ve placed another order for this week. You can rest assured that Will prepares your meals with not only culinary expertise but also with care, taking into account your likes, dislikes, allergies, etc. Bur Will’s talents far exceed those in the kitchen... he’s a kind soul who, after just one meeting, I hugged without hesitation and already consider him a friend in addition to business contact. Just go ahead and give him a call/text/email!

We offer many different services and pricing options to match your needs: • In-home Private Chef (multiple family-style meals prepared in a 3 hour session (extended hourly) consisting of shopping, cost of goods, full meal preparation, and kitchen clean-up/sanitizing. • Pre-arrival home stocking • Concierge services • Full-service (formal) options available upon request • Individual, bulk, or family style organic meals delivered to your specific location • Party Platters (8-10 guests each) • Charcuterie boards • Bite-size-food-art (tapas style organic catering individually priced per unit item) • Organic baked goods ( individual or whole options ) • Specialized Menu Planning customization for any and all dietary requirements and/or health needs

I am a food industry professional for 25+ years and a professional in-home private chef for 13+ years. I have a current ServSafe Food Handler certification #6613817 from the National Restaurant Association. I am also a top-notch freelance private chef for luxury properties on Hilton Head Island SC, Bluffton SC, including Palmetto Bluff along the May River! I go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service to each and every client. I follow all the rules that comply with CDC, FDA, OSHA , and each states local/federal public food service health and sanitation laws. I always hold the highest level of cleanliness, customer service, reliability, professionalism and authenticity.
