At Private Island Luxury Home & Chef, our philosophy is simple: Clean Organic NONGMO Ingredients. Elevated Cuisine. Genuine Hospitality. We intentionally accept a limited number of bookings to ensure every client receives exceptional service and attention to detail. Now booking private chef services, event catering, and weekly meal prep throughout Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Palmetto Bluff, and surrounding Lowcountry communities. Booking & Reservation Policy To secure your requested date with Private Island Luxury Home & Chef, a reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. Parties of 10 guests or fewer: A 20% reservation deposit is required. Parties of 11 guests or more: A 30% reservation deposit is required. All reservation deposits are applied toward the final service total. Your date is not officially reserved until the required deposit has been received. Until payment is received, the requested date remains available to other clients. Final guest count, menu selections, dietary restrictions, food allergies, service details, and event logistics must be confirmed prior to the scheduled service. Grocery and ingredient costs, travel fees, additional staffing, additional guests, extended service time, rentals, and any other approved additions are billed separately when applicable and will be reflected in the final invoice. The remaining balance is due the day of the scheduled service, unless otherwise specified in the written proposal or service agreement. Because ingredients, scheduling, staffing, and preparation are reserved specifically for each client, cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to applicable fees and deposit terms outlined in the final agreement. Weekend, holiday, peak-season, Palmetto Bluff, Hilton Head Island, and special-event dates are limited and are reserved on a first-deposit-received basis. Private Island Luxury Home & Chef Discreet. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, the reservation deposit may be transferred one time to a new available service date. Any non-refundable purchases, specialty ingredients, rentals, staffing commitments, or other costs already incurred remain the client’s responsibility. Your event date is considered confirmed and exclusively reserved once the deposit has been received. Until then, dates remain available to other clients. We recommend securing your date as early as possible, particularly for weekends, holidays, and peak-season events. Chef Will prepared an unforgettable dinner for my Mom’s 75th birthday. We had kids and adults with dietary considerations but his prepared meal met everyone’s needs. The kids were raving about the vegetables… yes the vegetables… but also the Mac & Cheese :) The adults couldn’t stop talking about the entire meal from appetizers of heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to the rainbow salad as well as the tenderloin and shrimp with green beans and sweet potatoes. He left the house clean with plenty of leftovers. Wonderful person, food, and conversation. We would be honored to have him cook for our family again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chef Will and his wife Chef Kristy.

 I was in charge of organizing a 60th birthday celebration in Palmetto Buff for 12 women. Chef was so accommodating with the menu, dietary needs, presentation, and so much more. He responded to each and every email and text! He and Kristy’s culinary gifts were beyond expectations! Our meal was prepared to perfection (Caprese, skewers of mozzarella, basil, tomato, and balsamic glaze , perfectly cooked sliced beef tenderloin, herb roasted potatoes, broccoli with sliced carrots, Caesar salad, bread with herb butter), as was the plated presentation of each course. He even beautifully presented our dessert that we brought making the evening even more special.  Chef took our pictures, poured our wine, waited on us with such professionalism and laughed with us! This was the highlight of our weekend! They cleaned up better than they received it! They even wrapped the left overs for us to enjoy the rest of our weekend. 
Five stars is an understatement ! Just FABULOUS! The cost was such a value and the night was priceless!

Chef Will is amazing... I’ve received six delicious, mouth-watering meals thus far, and I’ve placed another order for this week. You can rest assured that Will prepares your meals with not only culinary expertise but also with care, taking into account your likes, dislikes, allergies, etc. Bur Will’s talents far exceed those in the kitchen... he’s a kind soul who, after just one meeting, I hugged without hesitation and already consider him a friend in addition to business contact. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a food industry professional for 25+ years and a professional in-home private chef for 16 years. I have a current ServSafe Food Handler certification from the National Restaurant Association. What does pricing include? Professional culinary service, customized menu planning, sourcing, preparation and complete kitchen cleanup. Grocery/ingredient costs and applicable travel or additional staffing are quoted separately. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, Mediterranean, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy-sensitive menus can be customized to the individual client. Where do you provide service? Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and select Lowcountry destinations, with traveling chef and aviation catering available by arrangement. How far in advance should I reserve? As early as possible. Weekend, holiday and peak-season availability is intentionally limited.I always hold the highest level of cleanliness, customer service, reliability, professionalism and authenticity.
