Richard was knowledgeable and the crew sanded the baseboards before painting. They didn’t just add another layer. The cons: I told them i was having flooring replaced and they weren't careful when taking out quarter round, They damaged the flooring and just removed the flooring from the closet. Which would have been ok except I was not having carpeting put in the closet and he didn’t tell me when it happened, i found it myself when i was looking at the paint. The workers didn’t speak English and Richard had left they had to call him. They took flooring from the middle of the floor to “ fix” it but didn’t finish it off by replacing the quarter round in the closet exposing the hurried cuts. They left bits of flooring material in my yard. The painting was done well… it was the details that were disappointing.

It's rare these days when you have someone exceed, much less deliver on expectations promised. Richard and his team knocked out the removal / restoration of popcorn ceilings for us on a new 2300 sq ft house. I solicited 6 bids. ABA was neither the highest nor the lowest. I trusted my gut. Multiple elevations and angles upwards of 12', working around fans, HVAC registers, chandeliers, pot lights and smoke alarms the completed job was flawless - you would never know we had popcorn ceilings to begin with now. Richard is personable, professional and a communicator. I was never left wondering about status or deliverables over the 9 day long job. Text or phone I always felt connected. This guy returns phone calls!
