HND rebuilt a bannister that was faulty and hazardous. It's now solid, safe, and attractive. These guys are not handymen. They are highly skilled and painstaking in their work. Worth what they charge.

We needed to rework an existing space for my mother-in-law. Humberto (Nelson) Diaz is an excellent carpenter and the custom cabinets are beautiful. She loves the kitchenette, archway with french doors to the bedroom, and new walk-in closet that was created. Additions of crown molding, shiplap fireplace and entry, and coffer ceiling in our home are stunning. We now have storage space in the attic, a relocated service yard, and a blocked French drain issue resolved. Thankful we were able to complete the work at a fair price. Nelson was great with providing quotes so no surprises at the end of the project. Nelson and his team - Nelson Jr., Moises (construction), and Enyel (painter) have truly taken our home to the next level.

I asked HND to build a rock climbing wall, something they had never done before. Humberto worked with my concept sketches and built a sturdy wall exactly how I envisioned. He even made it modular so it can be disassembled. He anticipated requirements and made excellent suggestions to improve the durability of the wall. I couldn't be happier!!!!!

We needed a partial kitchen remodeling along the left wall of the kitchen to encase the refrigerator and make a coffee bar. Nelson removed most of the wall between the kitchen and dining room and made custom made cabinets all along the wall. He listened well to what I wanted, helping plan out the details. I was very pleased with the quality of his workmanship and felt his price was reasonable.

DO NOT HIRE HND Carpentry abandoned my project. After agreeing to the scope and timeline, they stopped showing up, stopped responding, and left the work incomplete. I had to bring in another contractor to finish and fix what was started. If you are considering this business, please save yourself the headache and the expense. Abandoning a paying customer mid-job is unprofessional and unacceptable. Future customers — choose someone else.
