Recently I hired John from Casa Craftsman LLC Services to do a multitude of jobs. Painting, hanging large framed pictures, installing a dimmer switch, changing rotted trim around door frame, assembling an electronic basketball hoop game in my playroom, fixing/adjusting my heavy glass shower door and glueing the peeled back door seal. He is super clean when finishing up each job and everything was done perfectly.I would rehire John in a heartbeat for any future repairs. Very pleasant and trustworthy gentleman.

John does excellent work, provides detailed cost estimates, is pleasant, arrives as scheduled, and is neat and detailed in his work. He reattached the gate in the HVAC service area, installed weather stripping on the front door, installed dead bolts, hung valences, and installed gutter guards. Each task was competed perfectly. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim for professional interaction from the first point of contact. We first identify customer's needs, collect information needed and provide a free estimate. Depending on the job, an in-person consultation and inspection will be needed which is at no charge depending on the location. Once the estimate is approved, a time is set up for the project. Throughout the process Casa Craftsman will maintain the customer updated.
