- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the project, the condition of the surfaces, and the materials required to do the job the right way. I provide free estimates and always explain the labor and material cost clearly before starting, so there are no surprises. I also offer fair pricing and flexible options depending on the customer’s needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions about the project and scheduling a free on-site or video estimate. I walk the customer through the work needed, recommend materials, and provide a clear written quote. Once approved, we schedule the job, protect all surfaces, complete the work with attention to detail, and finish with a final walk-through to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working in residential and commercial painting, drywall finishing, cabinet refinishing, and interior remodeling. I’ve learned through years of real jobsite experience, professional mentorship, and continuous practice improving techniques, tools, and products to deliver high-quality results.
