Really love this company, they really care about their tenants. From the moment I requested a viewing I had a message from Jessica one of their realtors. It was a self showing so she did not have to message me but still reached out to ask me some questions. It even went through tenant turner which is fully automated and we have used it several times before. It was just something as simple as texting to make sure we was going to be able to make it and had no issues with using the software. We had been looking all over for a few months now looking for a new place. Due having specific requirements for a home we was unable to rent the house they had. I must say though that if I had the choice I would rent from only them. Given that they cared enough to even reach out to us and make sure we was taken care of. Really amazing people.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat fee based model; offering a low monthly rate of between $99 - $229 per month (discounts based on volume) depending on your needs and the program you choose. There are no marketing fees or hidden costs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started with FYVE is wonderfully easy! We do all the heavy lifting for you, whether you are currently residing in the property, are in need of a rehab consult, already have a tenant in place or your property is ready to be leased, we make getting started a breeze! After completing a simple agreement your newly dedicated Manager will reach out to explain the next steps, and of course, take action to ensure you and your property are top priority, from day one!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fyve is a locally licensed, full service Real Estate Brokerage, offering our clients a one-stop-shop, for all of their real estate investment needs. Our licensed staff continually undergoes in house and external training in order to stay up to date on all the latest in the world of investment real estate, including relevant tenant landlord laws. We do ALL of this, so you don't have to!
