Our experience with Jerrad and Still Soul Photography was terrific! Jerrad has incredible talent and captured so many wonderful photos of our family -- not easy to do when you're taking them outside in December in the Pacific NW rain with 7 adults, including 1 who is hard of hearing, plus 3 dogs! This alone would rate Jerrad 5 stars, but he is also very personable and customer service oriented, which further enhanced our experience. He provided a reasonable quote for services within minutes of my request, was always quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls, loaded our photos on line the night of the shoot, followed up to make sure we were happy with the work and was a real pleasure to work with all the way around.
The only area for improvement is that it would be nice to have a helper with the photo shoot. Jerrad is busy with the technical aspects, as well as creativity. But it would be good to have someone with a good eye for detail to help ensure hair is in place, shirt's tucked in, collar is laying right, etc. Of course, this could add to the expense of the photo shoot. As the client, perhaps consider bringing along your own helper, a friend who will not be in the photos, and can help you with those details.
Bottom line: no need to look further. Hire Jerrad! You won't be sorry!

My family and I met Jerrad at Lewis & Clark Park in Troutdale. We were really impressed at how professional and patient he was with our family. We are so happy with our pictures! Jerrad was able to really capture the essence of our family.

Jerrad was so great! He was friendly, creative and, most importantly, took some amazing photos. Our one year old had a cold and took a tumble during the shoot, which resulted in facial scratches. Jerrad still got good shots and touched them up, so you couldn't see the scratches. We are so happy and will use Still Soul again!!

5 stars are not enough to explain how exceptional the entire Still Soul Photo experience has been! I hoped to get some shots that were worthy of my daughter’s hidden, inner beauty. Jarred is so gracious and easy going—he watched the weather, worked with the addition and subtraction of teenage girls and got the outdoor shots the girls wanted. And, Jarred is so much fun! It was wonderful to see my camera shy and introverted daughter laugh and have a great time goofing in front of the camera. He was able to capture the beautiful young woman that lives inside my quiet daughter. There are so many great stills that we are having a hard time deciding which to use—and by the way, these proofs? They hardly need retouching. The color, lighting, focus are spot on. We are so very happy about our experience!

We hate confusion. Our prices are simple and upfront. There are no-hidden costs, or weird hourly fees. We charge per-project and promise to go over all pricing options with you before you commit to letting us serve you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hate sales. We aren't going to try and sell you on anything that won't help you succeed. All of our services come with a free, non-rushed, consultation. We'll hear what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll let you know where we can (and sometimes can't) help.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We love people. Sometimes we are serving the solo entrepreneur who needs a new headshot. Sometimes you'll find us filming videos for some of the largest companies in the nation. And other times, you will even find us on the other side of the world filming for our favorite non-profits. If it involves people and a good story, we're in.
