We cannot say enough to support this company in every way possible! They came to our rescue within an hour of Us returning home from being away for a weekend to find a broken water heater in our attic leaking into our upstairs bedrooms and bathroom leaking further into the first floor bedroom and walk-in closet!! They moved quickly and efficiently to remove every damaged wall/floor/door, etc. and then set up temporary walls of plastic and fans blowing to start drying out our home immediately!!! Within 24 hours, they helped us navigate on how to recover from this devastation, giving us confidence and support that everything would turn out OK. But it turned out better than OK! They handled every difficult, complicated conversations and mitigating that comes with insurance companies, and also moved quickly to restore our home back better than before! Their work is incredibly professional and efficient with their eye on every detail! They kept everything clean and picked up making it easy to continue to live in our home while the renovation took place. Every person we met from Joanne and Matt, the owners, to everyone of their employees who entered our home are amazing people, all with multi skills and abilities and yet so friendly and personable, willing to do whatever was asked. Very conscientious, hard-working group of individuals I commend and uphold them in highest regard. Our home is now fully restored, and I honestly want to say I miss them!! Joanne was always a phone call away and keeping us up on every detail either with insurance company or with the status of our rebuild. They are very honest and dependable !! What they say they will do, they do!!!! They deserve more than five stars! They are more than a wonderful company. They are all wonderful people who truly care.

I had water inundation into my condo from the one above and Joanne was there within 45 minutes, starting to clean up the water. There was daily communication about the progresspretty much everything needed replaced She also went the extra mile in dealing with the insurance reps on my behalf. I highly recommend RestoPros.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We had what we thought was a leak in the attic - but turned out to be a hole in the roof. They were so helpful in figuring exactly "what" the problem was and identifying the source of the leak. One corner of the house had to be completely taken down to the studs, thoroughly dried and re-drywalled, painted, etc. This affected the corner of the attic, a walk-in closet, bathroom, and the corner of the garage. The team did an amazing job. Their communication was excellent. Always responsive when I had questions. They were so courteous and professional. AND they cleaned up after themselves every day. It was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend RestoPros, Joanne and Matt and their team.

We had a water pipe that cracked in the laundry room, and flooded a majority of our home. Per the water company only about 500 gallons :/We used RestoPros for the mitigation and the build back. Joanna and Matt were nothing but transparent, timely and thorough with open lines of communication throughout the entire process. Their employees were amazing, also thorough and respectful. Tremendous company, and work provided by them. They truly made the process a breeze for my family and I as we are first time home buyers navigating through this process.
