We had reached out to Overwatch Electric and Andy just prior to Christmas for a job. Installing an electrical box for a sump pump in a crawl space. He came out promptly with a quote and bid the job fairly - and came back to perform the job as described on 12/31. We are very happy with his professionalism and quality of work - and we will be using Andy on future electrical projects.

Overwatch Electric did a phenomenal job and just in time for the Holiday festivities.🥳 I will them again in the future and definitely will recommend them to others. They arrived on time, installed the new electric box, corrected a safety issue caused by another technician from a different company and installed both chandeliers in a timely manner. They provided excellent customer service and support.

I love writing reviews for people and companies who deserve praise so here goes. From my initial contact to the completion of work, Andy was great to work with. He was very responsive to messages in a timely manner, he came out to provide a free estimate, his price was more than fair, and he was flexible in scheduling. Not to mention that he was personable and happy to answer any questions I had. I will not hesitate to contact him again if I need more electrical work. My chandelier in the foyer looks great, thanks Andy and Overwatch!

I found Overwatch Electrical through the Thumbtack app and was very impressed with their service from start to finish. The technician was punctual, arriving within the promised time frame, and provided clear communication ahead of time with updates on his ETA. What really stood out was their willingness to take on a job that many companies would shy away from. My home was built in 1969 and has a low crawl space, which can be a challenge for many technicians—but Overwatch Electrical accepted it without hesitation. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within 45 minutes. The repair cost was very reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I highly recommend Overwatch Electrical for their professionalism, responsiveness, and can-do attitude!
