They arrived 5 minutes early. My deep clean was great. I was specifically impressed by how clean my shower and refrigerator was. There was a bit of a communication issue though. I asked that they park in the driveway. One of the lady's seemed to speak English well. We thought that they understood because they walked back to the car to get in. We left for work. Later, after looking at the cameras, we realized the car was still there and it blocked the trash collectors so they weren't able to pick up my furniture that we had scheduled for pick up. I would give 5 stars based on cleanliness and timeliness, but the communication issue affected my plans.

Owner was extremely professional and provided a list of prices for services up front and kept me updated the entire process. The cleaner Vickie did an amazing job and she stayed all day to make sure that my home was sparkling. Will definitely use them again.

She was nice and she worked hard but couldn't get the job done. They offered to come back tomorrow but we have other engagements. Came on time and provided next day service!! Very professional and courteous. Thanks again!
