- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing are never finally until we walk around the property and actually see what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I’m working with a new customer I want them to feel comfortable. I want them to feel as if we are family. So I give them that present when I’m talking to them. Because without trust you having nothing and I want my customers to be able to trust and believe that I will get the job done the right way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in quality from International Paper a fortunate 500 company. So I big on the quality of work that I do.
