We couldn’t be more satisfied with Jason’s work. We hired him to gut and renovate two bathrooms and upgrade doors in our hallway. He and his employees worked very hard and were very professional. This was my first renovation project in many years - and by far my most extensive one to date. Santos was the third contractor I met with, and I was impressed immediately. I had a good idea of what I wanted, and I was willing to source my own materials (marble, fixtures etc), so I didn’t need a company with an architect and designer in house (ie the first contractor I met with). I valued quality work, professionalism, and communication (so the second contractor who I had to hunt down just for an estimate was a no go). Long story short, Santos was perfect for our job. From the beginning Santos was very responsive and very thorough. He answered all of my questions quickly, before AND after securing my business. He worked closely with me to get things just right, even when I made some modifications along the way. I am admittedly a perfectionist, and I was juggling multiple projects at once. One was a large Jack & Jill bathroom that I wanted completely redone with “middle of the road” materials and fixtures because it’s used by a child. Another was a master bath remodel where I really invested in high end materials like marble, custom finishes etc. Finally, I had several “smaller” projects (closing in one room, repairing a kitchen ceiling, redoing a fireplace mantle and tile etc). Santos and his team got it all done within budget and on schedule! They also saved me when I was having new French doors installed by another company (a friend) and they paused work because of a foundation issue. Santos and his team were all hands on deck and got the foundation issue fixed in a matter of hours so that I wouldn’t have to spend the weekend without doors! I have young children and pets, so it was important to me to know who was in my home on a day to day basis. Every person who came was polite and professional. Santos’s partner even took my senior dog outside to go the bathroom a few times and played fetch with my other (crazy) dog while he painted. I already have other projects in mind, and I will absolutely use Santos again for them.
