The technician did a good job with the ceiling fan installation; however, we waited from 11am to 2pm the day of the appointment and no one came. I finally messaged the company. Someone called and apologized and asked to come at 5pm; however, that did not work out either. Then we were asked if they could come at 9am the next morning. We agreed and the technician came and completed the job. The person who called offered to refund part of the fee we paid for installation; however, since we do not use Cash App or Zelle, we have not received a re-imbursement as of yet. Timco is not professional in the way they inform and update their customers. For $179 we should have received better service.
