We just recently had our dryer in storage while our house was being built. After turning it on for the first few loads we smelled a bad smell. Oleg responded quickly and came the next day to help us! He opened up our unit, showed us the issue, which was dust and other debris build up. He throughly cleaned our dryer and tested it. He also when the extra step of showing us the temperature of the unit while running and then it cooling down. Oleg was beyond professional and very friendly. If we ever have another issue we know exactly who to call!
