Diana and her crew did an absolutely fantastic job for us. The scope and the scale of the Project was quite daunting at first as it was my first complete remodel, but working with Diana was seamless and put most of those concerns to rest immediately. This was a multiple month project and the communication throughout was excellent. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and their attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about the work that they do. I’m sure we will be using their services again in the future.

Pro Tile remodeled my bathroom, from removing and replacing plumbing, tile and trim. Daniel did an excellent job. He was very detailed and didn't cut any corners in the installation process. He also maintained a clean work environment and always cleaned up at the end of each work day. I will absolutely use them again on my next remodel project.

Diana was very easy and helpful throughout the entire process. Daniel came and started taking out our tub to put a walk in shower and found a lot more damage than expected. He worked hard for 4 days straight and what an amazing job

It was a pleasure working with Diana, Daniel & Phillip with Pro Tile & Remodeling. I reached out to Diana way before we were ready to begin our project. Our project included a master bathroom floor tile install as well as shower wall to ceiling install. We picked a glossed porcelain 48x48 size tile (Large), and a black mosaic tile for the two niches we selected, and a black metal trim. We were hoping for a miracle as all of the other quotes we received were going to put us way over our already out of range remodeling budget. Diana provided a quote that was very reasonable, and kept in touch with us while we were waiting for our contractor to tell us that our tilers could begin their project. The tilers showed up on time each day and worked hard to get the job done while keep us informed. They did not struggle at all working with the large tile that we selected. Diana even called us while the guys were working to make sure everything was good! The job itself took 3 days which was quicker than I expected and my husband and I are blown away with the results!! We will definitely be using them for other projects that we have in the future and will be telling our friends about them as well. I also loved that Diana called us at the end of the project to ensure we were satisfied. Can’t wait to call them again for our kitchen remodel next year.

We have 10 years owning and operating Protile and Remodeling, before that over 5 years of working for GC in CA and 2 years in SC.
