Brian and his guys are extremely cordial and I got the best paint job I have ever had way faster than expected. Price is extremely fair and I will definitely be using him again. Was a little leary on contacting because of the quote but once I called he negotiated with me. Price was fair and I will definitely be using him again. Couldn't Be happier!!!

I needed a hole in my ceiling repaired and textured. Everything started out great. Brian came out, and assessed the situation, giving a very reasonable quote for the required work, and I was more then willing to work with his seemingly very busy schedule. He gave me a date that either he, or one of his workers would come out to get the repair started ... but no one showed up. No one called. The next day I left a voicemail to find out what was going on, and I never heard back from him. Disappointing. It would have been fine if he had just been upfront and said he didn't have time to do it, or wasn't interested in doing it, rather then leave me hanging.

ally, im very sorry for this inconvenience. i had some personal things out of state that i needed to take care of that was out of my control. im not making excuses im just being honest. your right i should have let you known what was going on. i do apologize for that. if there is anything i can do please let me know.

yes I have system that I use that seems to work for me and the client..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to customers on the phone then meet them in person.. walk them threw there project step by step and work together to get exactly what they want and then some.. I always give discounts to first time customers to show good faith and build a relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 6 years in a apprenticeship threw the union..I up at local47. I'm first aid and cpr certified,lead paint removal osha 10,and 30 certified..
