Pressure washed the house, deck and front porch. Trey did a thorough job on the house. I have metal awnings with several coats of paint blasted off -- he did an excellent job doing that. Overall excellent job on the deck; very nice guy and easy to deal with. I would recommend if you hire, be sure to tell him how you want the washing; heavy or light due to the extreme pressures of the washing process, damage can easily be done to your property. Ask Trey, he will guide you to the best approach there.
