- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an introductory meeting to discuss business details and needs. From there we will review current bookkeeping status and provide a detailed quote for services. Once the customer agrees, we will request copies of bank statements, Quickbooks access, and receipts. For payroll clients, we will request employee information.

Bachelors in Accounting, 15 years accounting experience
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with businesses of varying sizes from start-up to mature, with incomes up to $600,000 annually. Industries include transportation, heating and air, construction, healthcare, beauty, and hospitality.
