- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates. Our prices are very competitive. We only use high quality materials that have manufacturer warranties. With that said, when customers get 3 quotes we won't be the highest quote nor the lowest. If you get a quote that is alot cheaper than the other quotes, its due to contractor cutting corners and not using quality materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is interested, we will discuss what needs to be done. I will have you send me your name & address. We will schedule a date to come out to inspect your roof. I will email an estimate that is broken down into what work needs to be done and pricing. If customer would like us to do the work, then we'll schedule a date
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had many years training and experience. It takes years and different situations to learn how to do different roofs. The final details in a roof are key.
