I was looking to stop a roof leak and received a very reasonable quote from James Green. Later, after consultation with Mr. Green and several other roofers, I found that there was hail and other damage to the roof and I would need a full roofreplacement. Mr. Green was very knowledgeable about the fact that our roof did not have proper ventilation or proper diversion of the water around the chimney area. Mr. Green offered me a quote for a new roof, ridge vent and construction of a cricket in front of the chimney. The quote was reasonable and less than any of the other roofers had offered for just the roof alone. I chose Mr. Green not only because of the quoted price but because he seemed to care that we got a quality roof and had the deficiencies repaired so we would not have to worry about future leaks. Mr. Green and his crew worked diligently, completing the job in two days. They cleaned up and hauled off all the old shingles and trash, leaving my property in as good a condition as if they hadn’t been there.
Mr. Green also offered an exceptional warranty for his services. I would strongly recommend him for small roof repairs or entire roofreplacements.

James gave a very competitive quote. He kept me informed on the status of the project from day one, as far as ordering the shingles and the day he would start my roof. He and his team completed the roof in 2 days. The roof looks very good and they did a good job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for any roof project.

I am very pleased with my new roof', the job started on day that was planned and he was on time. The warranty beat all the competitors and the price was great. Everything was left nice and clean when they left and I would use Consumer First Roofing again.

James and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. He had his work cut out for him, yet he did a great job and stayed on top of any questions that my husband and I had. The whole crew was courteous and helpful even going to far as to bring packages in to me everyday. The end result looked great and the crew worked hard to rework areas that had been a problem so we wouldn't have any further problems rather than simply redoing the roof the same way it was before. I can't recommend this company enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates. Our prices are very competitive. We only use high quality materials that have manufacturer warranties. With that said, when customers get 3 quotes we won't be the highest quote nor the lowest. If you get a quote that is alot cheaper than the other quotes, its due to contractor cutting corners and not using quality materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is interested, we will discuss what needs to be done. I will have you send me your name & address. We will schedule a date to come out to inspect your roof. I will email an estimate that is broken down into what work needs to be done and pricing. If customer would like us to do the work, then we'll schedule a date
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had many years training and experience. It takes years and different situations to learn how to do different roofs. The final details in a roof are key.
