FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Ledger Lane, we believe quality service shouldn’t come with surprise costs. Our pricing is straightforward and affordable, with no hidden fees—so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. We’re committed to helping you plan confidently and stay on budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask that my customers who are interested in working with me fill out a client intake form so I can get a better idea of their business structure and accounting needs. Once I get that information back, I can get a better idea of what will be involved and be able to give you my best quote possible. After that, I will send a client agreement form, which states the scope of what I will be doing and will contain the rates we have agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Certified Public Bookkeeper through NACBP (National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers) which requires at least 2,000 hours of verifiable accounting work experience, 24 continuing professional education credits throughout the year, and to abide by a Code of Conduct. I also hold a Master's in Financial Accounting and have over 20 years of professional expertise in Accounting, Business Administration, and Management.
