I purchased a new Kohler generator from Never Dark a couple years ago. I wanted to share that my experience has been great! Their service has been awesome! I signed up for their Silver Maintenance Plan which has been great also! I recently had my twice a year service which was performed by Jason. He was outstanding, very professional, thorough and great to talk to. I have been very happy and I highly recommend both him and Never Dark for any generator needs.
