After ordering a new hard drive for me Tom came to my office and swapped out the dead one in my laptop. Very professional and personable guy. I'd use him again for any computer issues.

He fixed my old 2002 Dell laptop, restored it to like brand new!!! He can do almost everything to fix it that looks impossible to fix. He provided me an original restored CD for my Dell laptop as I didn't have one. I m very impressed with his honest work. I would hire him to fix my computer or laptops in the future, he is one of the best!

Mr. Baines is such a kind man! He responded almost immediately to my query and offered a very reasonable quote for the work I needed done. He even offered to go buy and pick up and order I had placed with a company here in Rock Hill, before coming out to service my computer. The only reason I'm not giving him 5 stars is that I had to decline his offer since I had already promised the work to someone else just seconds before he contacted me, so I can't say with 100% certainty that his work would have been as impressive as he was on the phone, but he sounded very knowledgeable, he was very kind and he was very understanding. I do not believe you would go wrong using his services!
