BRUNA: Help me find a new crew.
The ladies who arrived to my home for the 5 weeks were late every time. The ladies of the ctew 2 out of the 3 did not speak or understand English. The ladies spoke Portuguese and with Google translate I figured we could get through it. You know make the best of it. When i tried to speak to the ladies about the clean, they would avoid me by smiling and walking away, or calling out to the one lady who did speak a bit of English, but she prentended not to know as much as i think she knew based on facial expressions. I have 2 bedrooms, two offices, a gym, 2 living spaces, 3 dining spaces an eat in kitchen with a knook, and a screened in porch. There are 4 5 bathrooms inside and one outside when pool is in use. A upper porch with a table to be cleaned/dusted that has NEVER been touched. My floors were not vacuum, rugs were not shook or vacuum and when asked about the rugs one of the ladies who did speak/understand a little bit of English said "sorry vaccum no good" smiled and walked away. When the floors were mopped it smelled like dirty mop water after. Let me be clear, when the ladies arrived i noticed they never bring floors cleaning solutions in their buckets. I have no idea what is being used to "clean the floors." Tops of refrigerators not dusted /cleaned whichis reachable, fans NEVER touched, windows never cleaned [ thatvpart of the sales pitch is a cat fish. Some trash pulled not consistently, all surfaces not wiped down, handles to stove, doors and frig handle not cleaned. Pool table cover not dusted, gym equipment not dusted, tops of televisions not dusted, paper towels and toilet paper not replaced when roll was empty. I do not know who was sent to my house, but cleaners they were not. I tried for about 5 weeks. I left the country and they were given code to my alarm and where & how to enter my home. They did not reset my alarm thank goodness my pet sitter arrived soon after they left the property. If I add photos it would be a crime scene. This is the moment you laugh to keep from crying. Five week you ask; whybdidni stay? First week you think the ladies had and off day when I called the company I was comps for the 2nd clean, [no charge.] 3rd week a different crew arrives and they were just as bad if not worse than original crew. 4th week the supervisor accompanied the ladies and still it was a mediocre clean at best. 5th week out of town and the door situation rise and once home it did not smell nor look as if my home had been cleaned. Checked cameras and the run through was insane, less than 45min I was fit to be tied in my home. When the office was notified only apologies that are not heart felt and a confession that other complaints had been made against one of the crew members. Today I decided if the clean is not up to par I will just suffer through it and cle the house myself. Today's clean instead of my home smelling cleaned because it was cleaned properly one of the ladies took a can of a fragrance index finger on the trigger and walked through my house holding the can up as the film covered everything that was wiped down.😪 This has to be a joke. Welp looks like i need cleaning supplies.

She was very personable and friendly but her home cleaning service was aweful. After they left I had to clean my own home. It was a waste of time for me and her. They didn’t clean the floors nor dust the house. I’m very dissatisfied with her service !
