Jarrod was extremely professional and did fantastic work. I had a dog who developed skin allergies and the medication they put her on made her drink a lot of extra water, resulting in house accidents. Lucky for me she didn’t go all over the house. Also unlucky for me she went in one particular spot. After a few times of this the floor began to warp, as did the adhesive tiles over it. Jarrod pulled up the tiles and replaced the subfloor in this one area and then replaced the tiles for me. It doesn’t look like that area ever met my dog anymore. It was in a slightly hard to reach area as the kitchen cabinets and risers were in the way but he made it happen.
