- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I didn't get into photography for the money; I got into photography for the love of the craft and my prices reflect that. We provide quality and a thorough experience at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know our clients, and communication is VERY important to us. We always start with an introductory call; this is the call where we get to know a little bit about you and your vision for your session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend yearly conferences and continuing education classes. Learning NEVER stops, and besides, we want to be able to offer as much as we can (new and old) to our clients.
