The point of entry system installed in my parent’s home was exactly what they needed. Kevin provided the residential assessment. He was thorough and made my mom feel totally at ease during the process. She never thought Kevin was trying to sell her items that she didn’t need nor did he recommend a system insufficient for her needs. All of which i truly appreciated. With me being out of town during the initial assessment, Kevin was more than accommodating to speak with me while he was at the home. Once again going the extra mile. All of which we appreciated. The installer, Herald, was excellent and fast. Totally happy with everything from start to finish. Highly recommend Quality Life Solution.

My regen timing was screwed up after a power failure. They reset the functions and reset the interface to the wifi connection. All good.
