The point of entry system installed in my parent’s home was exactly what they needed. Kevin provided the residential assessment. He was thorough and made my mom feel totally at ease during the process. She never thought Kevin was trying to sell her items that she didn’t need nor did he recommend a system insufficient for her needs. All of which i truly appreciated. With me being out of town during the initial assessment, Kevin was more than accommodating to speak with me while he was at the home. Once again going the extra mile. All of which we appreciated. The installer, Herald, was excellent and fast. Totally happy with everything from start to finish. Highly recommend Quality Life Solution.

Top notch service from explaining everything in detail to getting the install done at amazing speed.Allowed us to move forward w getting tenant in and getting drinkable water there vs always having to lug in plastic jugs of fresh waterpriceless!Not to mention the value added to the property with quality water not having a sulfur smell from well.Easily surpassed their very fair pricing and on call service w questions or issues is local and quick.

Chris, with Quality Life Solutions did our annual water filter system checkup again, replacing the UV light element and several filters plus running the system to make sure it was operating correctly.Amy at the home office is always so easy to work with.I highly recommend QLS for all of your water system needs, especially if you are on a well.

We recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed, and honestly, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Kent, the salesperson, was great to work with, he took the time to walk us through different options and helped us figure out what made the most sense for our home without making it feel like a sales pitch.The installation was within 1 week! The difference in our water has been huge. Our hard water was honestly terrible before, and now everything feels so much better, softer water throughout the whole house.The reverse osmosis system has probably been the biggest quality-of-life upgrade. We used to have to drive out just to fill up jugs of water, and now we have access to it right in our kitchen.Overall, were really happy with everything and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with hard water or thinking about making the switch.
