The experience was seamless, thanks to the owner, Strachan. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and provided valuable suggestions along the way. I recently moved to the Charleston area and needed to update some outdated blinds in my new apartment. Being a young female with no knowledge of anything blinds-related, I was worried I may be taken advantage of and overcharged.
